Mr. Parparinos is Head of our Nicosia branch, and he is a valued member of our international team of advisors. Mr. Parparinos is based in Nicosia, Cyprus, providing counselling to Primus Wealth’s clients primarily regarding wealth planning strategies.

In 2007, Mr. Parparinos was retained by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Cyprus during the harmonization process of the Cyprus Migration laws with the EU laws. Apart from representing the Republic of Cyprus before the European Commission, Mr. Parparinos was involved in the interview process of asylum seekers from countries in the Middle East and Asia, who were persecuted in their countries of origin because of political, religious, or tribal issues.

The learning and experience he had in Brussels and the understanding of the different migration laws in Europe, was a foundation in his career with international clients that were seeking residency or citizenship in a Member State. Since then, Mr. Parparinos has been servicing clients with their applications for residency or work permits, as well as citizenship in more than 9 different jurisdictions within Europe as well as in Canada, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Parparinos studied Law in the United Kingdom and he is a practicing lawyer since 2007. His expertise is mainly on international commercial, banking, finance and corporate law and he has considerable experience representing both private, public and government clients, both locally and internationally.
