Dr Zoltán Olivér Kocsis is a lawyer and compliance officer at Primus Wealth. He is in charge with the anti-money laundering and ‘know your customer’ processes for the better understanding of the clients’ unique needs and meeting the statutory requirements. Dr. Kocsis has gained experience in the in-depth analysis of the EU law with special regard to prescriptions for trust practitioners. After graduating at Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in 2011, Dr. Kocsis worked for Israeli and Canadian brokerage groups as compliance expert. In the meantime, he completed his post-graduate legal studies and obtained his LL.M degree specialized in public procurements. In 2017, he joined as associate Fest & Partner Attorneys at Law, a highly ranked boutique law firm with strong German background. Being the member of the F & P team for four years, he provided legal services, among others, for top tier companies from the U.K., U.S., and Germany.
